Mandy Eichenberger started her career in eyecare in 1991 working for her father, Dr. Ed Eichenberger, as the office manager and Optician. After several years in eyecare, she obtained her Dispensing Optician license. She continued growing her career with her father until his retirement in 2017. To expand her eyecare knowledge, she joined SouthEast Eye Specialist as the surgical coordinator for South Central Tennessee. She concluded her time at SEES in 2021 as the Practice Development Manager. Mandy began working with Dr. Littell and Brady in 2023 as the practice Optician. She enjoys dedicating her time to help patients find the best possible fit for their eyewear needs. She has worked to expand the frame options here at Manchester EyeCare to allow patients to have a wide variety of glasses to choose from. She strives to have something for everyone. Mandy also continues to learn and stay up to date on all the newest lens technology. She finds it fulfilling to successfully assist patients in their goals of looking and feeling great in their new eyewear. Mandy is a native of Winchester, Tennessee. She graduated from Franklin County High School in 1989. She has currently relocated to Manchester. She enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with her daughter, Shelby.
